Jennifer L. Potts focuses on capacity building and implementation of new technologies in emerging markets. With decades of experience in health, education and finance in the global south, she brings solid skills in innovative program evaluation and implementation to transform organizational achievement. She has led numerous projects for Vital Wave, bringing to the organization significant experience in monitoring and evaluation and evidence-based collaborative programming in Africa, Asia, and Latin America. Ms. Potts possesses particular strength in the areas of strategic leadership, policy analysis, advocacy, and stakeholder accountability. She has built multi-lateral and public-private partnerships in numerous countries, providing guidance on training, implementation, evaluation, advocacy, and policy analysis to bring programs to national scale. She is also a gifted facilitator.
Prior to Vital Wave, Ms. Potts was a senior partnership and strategy leader at three global non-profit organizations and a university, where she built effective, evidence-based monitoring and evaluation programs. She earned her Master’s in Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, specializing in Health Policy and Planning.
