Research on Education Technology Decision Makers (K-12) in Africa

A global IT company wanted to better understand the decision making processes – from concept through to tender – used by African IT decision makers working in K-12 education. Vital Wave conducted research involving extensive in-depth interviews with education ministry officials and NGOs from Angola, Kenya, Namibia, Nigeria, Rwanda, South Africa, Tanzania, Togo, Uganda and Zambia. This research was used by the client to help them become a trusted advisor to government decision makers and to help them drive their education IT objectives forward.
