Private Education in Africa

The client, a Fortune 50 technology provider, was seeking a better understanding of the IT purchasing cycle and decision-making process within private schools in Kenya and South Africa to inform the development of a pilot program. Vital Wave gathered psychographic data via in-depth primary interviews with education IT decision makers in private schools to characterize their purchasing process and web practices. This project resulted in recommendations for how the client can best to provide guidance on technology solutions that will best fit the customer’s needs prior to a final purchasing decision.
