Business Case for an Education Technology Solution

The client, a multinational technology provider, was considering the development of a new education technology solution. Vital Wave determined the strategic business design for the creation the solution via the substantiation of a market opportunity and the client’s positioning to pursue it. The results of this work were presented in a logical and compelling business case framework, or pitch, for company stakeholders to use to communicate the business rationale and strategic roadmap of the education solution with an executive audience within the company.
